Fall Session (7 Weeks): $131.25 (Members get 15% off)
Drop In per Class: $20 (1st Month only)/ $25 (Beginning December)

Trainer Bio: 
I became a trainer because I’ve been an athlete my whole life and have always been active, primarily with competitive swimming, and high school and collegiate tennis. I love pushing myself through a good workout and challenging myself which helps me motivate clients to do the same. The best part of being a trainer for me is watching clients reach their goals and seeing their hard work pay off and get results. Having a master’s degree in exercise science with an emphasis in injury prevention, my style of training includes functional exercises with a HIIT, and circuit training focus. It is my passion to help people in their pursuit of a healthy lifestyle through fitness and nutrition.

- Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology 
- Master of Science in Sports Nutrition and Exercise Science 
- FMS certified professional 
- CPR/AED Certified
