Cesar is a certified teaching pro by the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR). He taught tennis for six years for the Riverside Parks and Rec Department before joining the Andulka Park Tennis Center staff full-time in 2009.

Cesar played four years of varsity tennis at Rubidoux High School in Riverside and was the most valuable player for his team three straight years. He is currently attending Cal Poly at Pomona and Riverside Community College.

Besides teaching private and group lessons at Andulka Park, Cesar coaches several of the USTA Junior Team Tennis teams, as well as the Advanced Junior Academy and Academy Prep program. Cesar enjoys teaching players of all ages and abilities and stresses having a good time on the court.
