Court Reservation Policy:

Each membership (not each member) may make one reservation up to one week in advance and two additional reservations no more that 48 hours in advance. (This makes a total of 3 reservations per week).

All other open court play will be on a walk in basis.

Reservations are abandoned if both players are not present 10 minutes following the reserved time.

The person that makes the reservation must tell the front desk staff if they want to use the court for singles or doubles. That person also must tell the front desk staff the name of all players who will be playing with the member.( the reservation only will count for the person that makes it)

Court reservations for doubles may be made for a maximum of 2 hours.

Court reservations for singles may be made for a maximum of 1.5 hours.

Monthly Fees:

Members credit cards will automatically charged on the first day of the month for the upcoming months dues.

Members with charge accounts will have their charge account balances charged to their credit cards on the 15th of every month

Cancellations:

Members who wish to cancel their membership must do so in writing by the 25th of the month preceding the month for which they wish to cancel their membership.

Definition of "Family":

For purposes of a 'family membership', a family is defined as a husband and wife, or couple, living together under one roof together with children under the age of 21.

Membership Termination:

iTennis reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or deny membership to patrons who violate membership rules or who engage in activity detrimental to the well-being of the tennis center, its pros, management, employees, or patrons.
